Paulina😂 a piece of advice is it helps to put yourself in check every so often. Like I get anxious or as cass puts it, think myself into a box. I do that a lot. But if I take a second to breath and think to myself it’s not gonna be as scary or hard or complicated as I think it’s gonna be and everything ultimately is going to be ok.
