I saw a flipped over car today

I was like the first person on the scene and talked to the guy while a surrounding neighbor called 911

Have no clue. We were driving home and I saw it down the street and I was like is that a….. my sister was NOT paying attention at all and as I drove around it to park she finally was like “omg THAT CAR IS UPSIDE DOWN” like yeah. So I hopped out and ran over. I saw a neighbor guy at his gate and I hollered “are you calling 911 or should I?” He said he was on it and I talked to the guy. He understandably so sounded dazed but we figured out it was just him in the car and let him know help was coming
